Happy New Year and thank you, everyone, for a wonderful 2025. We are already looking forward to another great season. Our room rates remain the same this year, but we are increasing the price of optional meals as follows: 3 Course Gourmet Dinner - $45, Lunch or Lighter Dinner - $25. Prices are per person and subject to 13% HST.
LIMITED TIME OFFER: We are extending the old prices for optional meals to everyone who already made reservations. Book your 2026 stay by February 28 for an opportunity to add optional meals to your stay at last year’s prices.
We are also pleased to offer the following:
Returning Guest Discount: we very much enjoyed seeing again many of our guests last year and are pleased to offer off-season rates to those who stayed with us before all year around.
Kids Stay & Eat Free had been extended to ages 15 and stays the same. This means no charge for extra guests 15 and under beyond double occupancy and free extra meals when ordering from the children's menu (not to be confused with the Included Breakfast, which is always included for everyone staying with us at no extra charge).
Pets are Welcome at no charge if guests do not mind coordinating with us bringing the pets down to common areas in order to keep them separate from our dog. We also will check with other guests and if they object the pets may need to stay in the guest room.
Our little corner of the world has so much to offer. Relax by the pool or go for a beautiful walk through our gardens all the way to the West Perth Nature Trail along the Thames river. Within a short picturesque drive many local adventures await, such as world class theatres, restaurants and boutique shopping of Stratford, sandy beaches of Grand Bend and Bayfield, wineries, breweries, museums, animal encounters, farmers markets , maple syrup and lavender farms nearby.
