MAIN ENTREE Please let us know how you would like your eggs and your preference for meats (select as many as you like). A variety of toast is accompanied by our Signature Jam Trio & local organic honey, but let us know if you prefer white or whole grain. We use pasture raised eggs and meats. Gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and any other dietary customizations are available.

BREAKFAST DESSERT PASTRY Please choose your breakfast pastry for every day of your stay. These are baked from scratch every morning to be eaten as your breakfast dessert or with tea or coffee during the day. If you are too full, we can package these into a nice pastry box to take along.

BREAKFAST TO GO Although, we can have your breakfast ready as early as you like, we can offer a “to go” option, all wrapped up and ready.
CROISSANT BREAKFAST SANDWICHES filled with ham, scrambled egg and cheese, baked until melted, meats can be replaced with braised Portobello mushroom for a vegetarian version.
Also included: Fruit & yogurt cup, Premium Cereal Bar, Dessert pastry, Coffee, tea, juice, water
CHARCUTERIE BOARD UPGRADE $20 PER PERSON
Although we offer a small complimentary charcuterie board upon our guests’ arrival, you may want to upgrade to a bigger version. Our Signature Charcuterie Board presents an artfully arranged assortment of cheeses and cured meats from Wild Hog Country Market, with various accompaniments such, gourmet crackers, fresh and dried fruit, bite sized veggies, olives, savoury and sweet preserves, local honey, served on a board with a complementary glass of house wine
AFTERNOON TEA $30 PER PERSON
An assortment of dainty sized sandwiches on a variety of bread with crusts removed, smoked salmon cream cheese pinwheels, scones with freshly made Devonshire cream and jam, fresh berries, pastries, chocolate truffles.
PICNIC TO GO $20 PER PERSON
With summer weather upon us, you may want to have a picnic somewhere in a picturesque spot. Although, is very beautiful here as well, we can certainly offer a very delicious “to go” option wrapped up in an insulated bag with a cooler pack (recommended to be eaten within 2 hrs, unless refrigerated).
PICNIC GRAZE BOX is a gourmet assortment of cured meats, cheeses, bite size veggies, berries, fruit, dips and preserves, sweet and savoury pastries.
Also included: Soft drinks of your choice, Bottled water
LUNCH OR LIGHT DINNER $25 PER PERSON
A complementary glass of house white, red or rose wine is included with every meal along with sparkling bottled or still filtered water with or without ice. A variety of other soft drinks is available. Also, we do not charge a corking fee, please feel free to bring your own wine or other drinks to enjoy with meals, in your suite or anywhere on the premises.

Perth Pork Products Bone-In Smoked Pork Chop this absolutely best in the area thick juicy pork chop needs little introduction, grilled on the BBQ and served with a side of Hawaiian coleslaw
Ploughman’s Lunch cold cuts of ham, cheese, preserves, baby greens, garlic mayo, sauerkraut and sliced sourdough bread served on a wooden board – everything you need to make a hearty sandwich or just nibble away along with oven baked fries
3 COURSE GOURMET DINNER $45 PER PERSON
All dinner entrees come with house baked dinner rolls. A complementary glass of house white, red or rose wine is included with every meal along with sparkling bottled or still filtered water with or without ice. A variety of other soft drinks is available. Also, we do not charge a corking fee, you are welcome to bring your own wine or other drinks to enjoy with meals, in your suite or anywhere on the premises. Summer Bounty Pavlova light and airy (it was named after a ballerina, after all!) oven baked meringue, whipped cream, seasonal berry/fruit coulis
Keto Chocolate Mousse rich chocolate mousse made with dark chocolate, chilled to perfection, unsweetened whipped cream, Lindt 70% chocolate topping
London Fog Cake soft and moist cake flavoured with Earl Gray Tea and locally sourced Lavender from Lavenderworks Co.
Fire & Ice Baked Alaska pound cake topped with a scoup of house made ice cream (vanilla or chocolate) inside toasted meringue, seasonal berry coulis
CHILDREN 15 AND UNDER STAY & EAT FREE
This is what we came up with for our guests 15 and under. We can also prepare your child’s favorite dish if you let us know in advance what it is. We will discuss this and iron out all the wrinkles when you make your choices.

Any time you maybe feeling peckish, make sure to stop by the Bar & Kitchen and help yourself to some cookies or pastries, fresh fruit basket or a variety of individual snacks at the bar. All drinks and snacks are complementary during your stay, either stocked in your room or in the Guest Lounge.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER REQUESTS
Please let us know of any allergies, food sensitivities or if vegan or vegetarian or any other diets need to be adhered too. We have extensive experience with vegan and keto cooking, in particular, and can adjust the existing options to make them suitable or offer an alternative menu plan. Same goes for any other restrictions and/or allergies and intolerance. Turkey bacon and sausage are available to replace pork, if required, and halal meats can be sourced, if arranged in advance. You will have a chance to finalize and approve all the choices before your stay.
ABOUT OUR KITCHEN & BAR CREATIONS
All our recipes are made from scratch and with local ingredients as much as possible. We grow and preserve our own herbs, vegetables, berries and legumes and source as much as we can from local producers. Our growing list of local suppliers is available on our website www.starlingsandroses.ca.
