There is so much to see and do in our little corner of the world! Here is the list of all the local things and happenings to help our guests make the most of their time here:
Enjoy a weekend or a weekday of gourmet cooking, nature walks and day tripping in Perth and Huron counties. Let us take care of your comfort and meals, so that you can relax, reconnect and go on some local adventures.
Arrive for a gourmet 3 course dinner with full table service in our beautiful dining room, then linger over dessert and a drink, play pool and other board games in our lounge. Or cozy up in your suite with a soaker tub, in-room refreshments, plush bath robes, slippers and fancy bath bombs. Enjoy our Netflix package or your favourite shows on YouTube.
After a delicious full breakfast that starts at the time of your choosing, adventure awaits! We can make you a hot chocolate, coffee, tea or any other drink of your choice to bring with you on your travels along with fresh pastries from the breakfast service. There is enough right here in Mitchell to keep you busy for at least a day or a short picturesque drive will take you to many interesting day tripping destinations. At the end of your day there may be nice places to have a dinner out or you can return to the B&B and enjoy a dinner prepared especially for you.

There is a lot of fishing spots in the area. You can walk to the Thames river and the Mill pond or you can go to a better location within a short drive. Four times a year, Canadian residents can fish in Ontario for free. This means you do not need to buy a fishing license if you want to fish during: Family Day Fishing Weekend , Mother’s Day Weekend, Father’s Day Weekend, Family Fishing Week
