Croque Madame or Monsieur

Just showing off our decadent breakfast sandwich: this morning's lady and gentlemen. A sophisticated Parisian ham sandwich, smothered in Bechemel sauce, topped with Swiss and Parmesan Cheeses and baked until golden, fried egg on top for Madame and no egg for Monsieur, with a side of thinly sliced cucumber, tomato and radish.
