Pavlova. The Perfect Dessert for Every Season

Delicate, airy merengue, crispy on the outside with a chewy centre, filled with freshly whipped unsweetened cream, resting upon our own Black Currant Coulis and surrounded by a beautiful assortment of seasonal berries, freshly picked mint and some edible flowers for an extra exquisite touch. We will have Pavlova available throughout August and September along with many other delicious options on our menu that we can prepare here for our guests until the fall menu comes out in October.

And in October, our dazzling tropical Pavlova takes the spotlight to warm up the cooler season. This decadent dessert and many others are included with our 3 Course Gourmet Dinner or can be added on its own.
