CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made 15 days and over in advance will result in a full refund of your booking deposit minus $25 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance will result in your booking deposit being forfeited. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

GUESTS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME

Our regular Check-In and Check-Out times are 2:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. respectively, but you can arrive any time before or after. Check In and Check Out times indicate when our suite is going to be ready for you and when we need to have the suite back in order to start getting it ready for the next guest. However, you can arrive earlier or leave later than these specified times. Our property is well equipped for entertaining with a spacious Guest Lounge for you to enjoy. Play a game of pool, look for an interesting read in our library or enjoy the outdoor patio and pool in season.

Additionally, there is a Change Room for guests on our main level, with a full bathroom and a walk-in shower. A supply of necessities and pool towels is available at all times.

If you would like to drop off your luggage and go on exploring the local area before the suite is ready, we can offer to store it for you in our luggage locker under the grand staircase.

UPON ARRIVAL

First of all: please stop by the Bar & Kitchen for your complimentary hot or cold drink, snack and quick orientation.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

If you have selected and off-line payment method for your deposit, please send an e-transfer to staying@starlingsandroses.ca if you have not already done so.

The balance is due on check out and can be paid in cash, by e-transfer or credit card. Our goal is to make you feel always welcome and never rushed. Come stay with us and let us make your visit special!
