December the 17th update: Thank you, everyone, who ordered our cookies. Busy day tomorrow baking them all and delivering the days after.
After busy summer and fall, with gardens dormant for the winter, there is a great opportunity for some Christmas baking.
Introducing Starlings & Roses Christmas Cookie Sampler featuring some cookies we bake to welcome our guests all year around (Coconut Shortbread (6) and Pecan Butter Tarts (6) in their mini-version) as well as some exotic European offerings, such as French Macarons (6), Dolche de Leche Filled Walnuts (6) and Lindor Chocolate Dipped Mushroom Sugar Cookies (12). There are 36 cookies all together in the sampler we are offering to bake for you for $50 this year.
All our cookies are made from scratch with whole ingredients, such as unsalted butter, free-range eggs and premium chocolate. These are a perfect addition to your holiday get together, and as a holiday treat for yourself or your loved one to be had with a glass of milk a cup of tea or left out for Santa. This also is a time saver during the busy season (perhaps, not everyone likes to bake cookies as much as we do and would rather focus on other things).
Imagine having these delivered right in time for your special occasion or as a gift from you to that special person. We are now taking pre-orders for this cookie sampler until Friday, December the 15th. All the cookies will be baked the following weekend, packaged as shown on photos below, and delivered between December 19-23 within Huron-Perth. Pick up is also available, and delivering within a longer distance can be negotiated for an extra fee.
