The More The Better: The Cookie Evolution

I like to make these cookies, my go to recipe, since like always. Whenever someone arrives at our home, guests or family, make a batch of cookies. Smells nice and you can eat them too, right? Anyway, I thought about it and ... if you divide the dough into 3 separate parts, you can add different additions to each part and then, VOILA: 3 different cookies at once. This time we have: walnut and chocolate chip, raisin and caramel and sea salt.


Not all of them made it for the final photo... for obvious reasons. I think. Anyway, I have no idea why I have not been doing it this way always. But this is the only way I am now making cookies. If I am putting an effort into it, I definitely want 3 kinds instead of just one.


No brainer, right?
