Introducing Our Summer Kitchen Creations 2024

With summer just around the corner we have updated our menu. While we have kept all the favourites, such as Mussels in White Wine, McIntosh Farms Lamb, Duck Confit and Springhill Fish, the sides have been replaced with seasonal greens and vegetables in order to allow us to serve the freshest and what's currently in season. Roasting has given way to grilling and our Rhubarb Pie have been given a significant upgrade. Instead of plain Vanilla we now serve it with Lavender Ice Cream made in house with flowers from a lavender farm nearby (Lavenderworks Co.).

Are you on a special diet and wary of traveling overnight because you are uncertain if you will be able to eat well and avoid the offending ingredients? Come stay with us! We will email you Our Menu upon your booking and will create a menu plan just for you.

There is so much to see and do in our little corner of the word and our outdoor heated pool will be open from the end of May to the beginning of October.
